DSG DL501 - 0B5 7-speed gearbox oil change procedure

Easily maintain the Audi 7-speed DSG gearbox

1) Engine stopped

2) Place the car horizontally

3) Shift lever in P

4) The gearbox oil temperature must not exceed 35°C

5) The clutch part drain plug is located under the gearbox housing, front part.

6) Remove the M14 drain plug (measure the total quantity of oil drained for control)

7) Remove the external oil filter (under the left universal joint) and the internal strainer.

8) Reassemble the oil filter with the new and oiled gasket (tightening torque: 20 Nm) reassemble the strainer and the oil pan
